Default Using microsoft images in my website??

Is it ok to use microsoft images and Zune logo on my website www.zuneplayerforum.com even if I have the "Zune is a Microsoft trademark, this website is not affiliated with microsoft" at the bottom of my page??

Heh, I see we have a Zune fan here. I love Microsoft's UI for the Zune and the 802.11g wireless features. The only complaints I have are the size, pricing and capacity.

Even though I'm using a Toshiba Gigabeat S with Microsoft's lovely Portable Media Center software, I'll join.
