Assuming NY stand for New York you are probally getting the storm that hit me last night. Power was out from 11:00 pm to around 7:30 am.

Is your current RAM PC2-5300 667Mhz?

I bought the ram I can run anything and everything at the highest settings very smoothly!
Ny stands for New york
I dont have pc2-5300
I had pc4200ddr2 dual channel

I'd order from newegg.com or somewhere like that since they seem to be a lot cheaper than best buy. If you have a local computer store, try them since they're also cheaper. Best buy is great, but their computer parts are a bit overpriced. I only use them as a last resort or if I need something right away and can't wait.
