so u just have to draw that on the graph? (and the graph is x and y cordinates)
If so then just draw it there. y=x and the line starts from -3y.

First you need to create a table, take 3 values,
-2 (-2-3)=-5
1 (1-3)=-1
3 (3-3)=0

So when x is -2 y is -5, when x is 1 y is -1 and when x is 3 y is 0

From the equation, you can tell the gradient is 1 and the line crosses the y axis at -3

y=x-3

Let x=4

y=4-3
y=1

(4,1)
