Default Tech support call

im speaking with a customer RIGHT NOW. I am a dsl technician. The customer calls me because i am the isp.

Problem:
COMPUTER will not boot windows.

This is a brand new customer so her dsl was never set up.

She is pi**ed because i am her ISP and wont help her fix her computer.

I hate customers

I used to work tech support for HP Printers. boy let me tell you i ran across some stupid people.

One person called in and said her printer wouldn't power up, i asked her if it was plugged in and she said no.

I fell out of my chair laughing.
