taxation queston

Okay- so all my my fellow Americans (sorry everyone else...) I need some help with tax crap. I am starting a business selling custom made lap desks (like what you would put under a laptop on your lap- you will all see it later), but I have no idea about what to do as far as taxes go. I am using paypal for my shopping cart, and I wanna know if they automatically add the nessicary(sp?) taxes, and send it to the gov, or do they add them, but I have to send them to the gov, or what, and what taxes would I have to pay besides sales tax and income tax, and what I would have to register with the gov, and all that fun stuff. I really don't wanna spend 10 million years in jail becuase I don't know what taxes I have to pay.

You should try talking to an accountant. I'd imagine you'd have to file something with the IRS I think it is in the USA.

if your customer dosent live in the same state than tax dosent have to be applied
