Question Subscribe to threads (Auto)??

Ok, how in the world do I change the forum settings to automatically subscribe to the threads I start and or post in? I don't really want an Email sent to me for each thing, just a subscription. I don't like trying to remember and search for what I posted to four days ago! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr....

Thanks for any help.

Go to the usercp and where it says subscribe to threads, click no.

Um, not seeing that man. And... why would I choose "NO" when I want to subscribe to every thread I either post or reply to?
