Stereo Mix Problem

[I wasn't sure where to post this] I'm trying to record my speaker audio while recording with CamStudio and it doesn't seem to work, I was told I need Stereo Mix on my computer but I can't find it and I've tried A LOT of stuff. (yes I've already enabled the show disabled thing) does anyone think they can help me? Thanks to anyone who can(and does ;P )

I would doublecheck the connections and your settings. For future reference this type of post would go best under General Electricals.
