That is awesome!!!

They do say the first test will only make a star the size of a BB bullet, and will last far less than a second.

actually the star will only be 5 microns wide. It will fire lasers into a hydrogen isotope the size of a bb.

Come on guys, I only read the thing once

When I first imagined it, I imagined this massive laser gun the size of 3 football fields, to only read later on its actually in a building, and isn't a standard laser

They fail at describing it. By their description, it is the same thing as the Sewer, water systems, potato rifles, and the Internet, a series of tubes.

Yep, I can't wait to see if Fusion does work though. No more energy problems, and no bi-products except for water I believe, unlike Fission used today.

Really cannot wait, even if it does take another 20 odd years of research.

Chances are, I may still see it
