Let me describe what is going on here because I have a feeling you guys have no idea what is happening in the mildly funny youtube video I posted that was kind of not to be taken seriously.

Someone is hacking character movesets into different characters. Along with the moveset, the skeletal structure and movements are also transferred. Here is a Giga Bowser/Jigglypuff hybrid from Melee:
