Default Spit or Swallow Chewing gum?

I'm talking about chewing gum here. Seriously. I was thinking about the topic, then I realized that I could twist it into a thread that people would WANT to read... So here it is!

I spit. Takes like 7 years or something to deteriorate by your body fluids.

I was so ready to report this thread until I got a good read on what you are asking.

It's unhealthy to swallow gum and Joga's right, it takes 7 years to digest chewing gum.
