That looks like it was done in ms paint, but i have never seen that before when i was on..Very strange.

Do you have your popup blocker on?

Whats a popup blocker got to do with that, lol. But, maybe done with ms paint. Or just search up that member, and see if he really made those threads, or posts. I will when I get home if no one has done it yet.
