Why would Sony wanna do that?

read the article the chip that they have in there would need a super duper fast and intelegent compiler. They do not have the technology to make that but IBM dose thats why. IBM has been in the technology business longer than Sony has.

personly i think the PS3 is going to be a bit overprised like its gonna be $900 and then you need to buy the hard drive so thats another $200 other wise you can't play anything. bit stupid if you ask me.

It cant be that high. If it is, everyone will get the 360. And the hard drive is going to be included. Everything will be backwards compatable. It will also have 512ram. And i know all this without reading that artical, lol
