I wish I could kill the boxes, but the moving .gifs won't work. I'll update more, as I type.

You could just edit them , and make the background for each one the same color as the grey thread where you type to reply. Then the .gif will blend right in and you won't see the white box around it.

If you edit it, the moving gif will remain static. Thus, becomes a picture.
