Ya, but at least if they illegally obtain them, by making them or whatever, they would be contained to their houses to actually smoke them because if they did it in public they would get arrested and thrown in jail just as with drugs. You don't see a person walking down the street smoking some weed, because if they did that they would get arrested. People will always find a way around the law.

Smoking is bad for you. Second hand smoking is even worse than having a person smoke, can you guys believe that?

Ya, I believe it. When you inhale second hand smoke its the raw nasty smoke, but smokers inhale through a filter, I mean come on! if the smoker has to have it filtered what do they think the people around them unfiltered are breathing!

It's for that reason why I don't go to Vegas. Almost every casino there have heavy smokers polluting your immediate air space. I hate it. Haven't been to Vegas in over 10 years and not looking forward to going either. But the buffets are super good.

Ya, I really hate when people smoke inside buildings, the smoke just gets trapped in there, and then you smell really bad.

a very simple thing is to just make it illegal for you to smoke inside public buildings. It's been done at least in a few countries in Europe and I think it's working pretty well.

Some cities here in southern California have ordinances where it is ILLEGAL to smoke outside--period. Strict.

Ya banning smoking in public places would solve the problem of second hand smoke and endangering the lives of others, but it wouldn't solve the problem of people committing suicide without any short or long term benefits to themselves or any other besides the tobacco companies that make tons of money off of people killing themselves.
