Selling an unlocked iPhone

Are there any legality issues with selling an unlocked iphone on eBay? A friend of mine wants to sell his since he just got a Blackjack2 as a birthday present and his iPhone is scratched up.

So, again, can there be potential problems from Apple/AT&T? Can you just tell them you sold it, and change your monthly package without mentioning it was unlocked or anything?

avoid it.. the phone will prob end up getting blocked and you will have trouble.. not worth the hassle..

just sell it locked to the network and get them to change the sim card...
