Still lots of games. A lot of them are games with several levels. That way you don't have to save your progress.

LOL, really? It was more comfortable lying in bed playing games than it is to sit in the chair.

Nah, The Retropie just doesn't handle the C64 games very well. No problem with my other SDcard in it and that's going with it.

I know what you said. My Retro Pi does fine with the games. It's the 20 buttons horseshit on the controller I don't like.

On the C64 it's 4/8 and one button.

Oh so have I.

Even the USB Atari joystick are junk so I have to look at flight sticks to get a decent one.

There's one joystick I really wanted to get but there's none here. UK's got a bunch though.
