If you read the writing it says like a million times that you cant back out and it is a box

Hey numberplates like that are rare. I know in the state of GA if you want a customized one if its taken you ahve to conveince that person to let you have it. And if you really want and they know it they'll make you fork over big time. I had a plate that said Guam I sold it for a 200 bucks to a lady who loved the area. Their was this bid going around for this guy to tatto your logo on his forhead and go to several major events. This other guy had a bid open for hunting this man d0own and hitting him. Both made big money wouldn't be surpised if they were the same person.
