Does anybody know if there is a way to send stuff from my home computer right to my school accounts desktop without using any email.

Can you save it as a compressed file, and www.yousendit.com to your home email?

Thats what I do. That and thumbdrives.

USB devices are disabled on our school computers.. they can power my friend's iPod, but windows doesn't pick it up at all.

You'd need to host the file somewhere or setup a webserver software on your computer so you could download it from that
