that's what the usa has done to about half of the countries on this planet. (okay, maybe not that many )

As for the answer to the blogs topic, no, usa did not prep them for war against Russia. Georgia never wanted war with Russia, I don't see how they could benefit from a war like that. I'd say this military aid is there for 2 reasons: 1. to show that USA are their friends.. maybe even a gift since georgia is involved in Iraq/Afganistan, you get my point. 2. To stop Abkhazia and South Ossetia from detaching themselves from Georgia. If they were to do so then these new countries would most definitely be very friendly with Russia, which is something that USA doesn't really want.
