Default RSS time

I haven't been on here in a good 4 months seriously so I would like to say hello to everyone. I am finally all settled and will be on her regularly again or so I hope.

Alright so I want to make a RSS feed on my desktop and I am not quite sure what the easiest way to do this is. I have one feed online I would like to put on my desktop and was looking at some sites and couldn't find a clear solution. So lets see if any of you know how to do this.

Thanks in advance to anyone how helps

It's funny how a mis-spelled word done innocently, can be so humorous when taken out of context.

I like the software, but what I am looking for is something that is along the lines of rainmeter in a sense. It is a RSS on your desktop from any site with a feed that you choose that sits there like a widget.
