Default Ronnie James Dio - 1942 - 2010

I don't know if any of you noticed, but Dio is dead.

Personally, I care a lot more about this than Michael Jackson dying.

Listening to Holy Diver in his honor.

Can't put it anywhere near how Jackson affected me, but it's a sad loss.

Surprised CF took this long to catch up though really

I'm a metal hand with no appreciation for pop, so I guess it shouldn't shock anybody who knows me that I would say that.

R.I.P.
Listening to Rainbow in the dark, it's some good sh*t. Even though Ronnie didn't think so.

Dio was a great artist. Rainbow in the Dark was probably my favorite of his.

RIP.

He's the one that Tenacious D "worshipped" right?

Dio has rocked (echo: rocked) for a long, long time,
Now it's time for him to pass the torch.
He has songs of wilderbeasts and angels,
He has soared on the wings of a demon.

*ahem*.

He will be missed!
