Default Really weird issue

I cant get onto my site from my home pc but i can from my school one. Also i cant ping the server from my home pc but as i said before, if i go on at school. No problems. Hosting company report no errors.

http://www.dualserve.co.uk/
ip: 76.76.11.111

Can anyone else get on?

/EDIT
I can ping using an online tool. Down for everyone tells me that it's up and i can reach it via a proxy. So why cant i get it from my pc. I've tried chrome and firefox

I was going to suggest clearing your DNS Cache (ipconfig /flushdns), but if you can't access it via the IP then that wouldn't be it.

Have you tried it from other computers in your house? That way you could find out if it was computer-specific issue, or a router/isp issue.

Both the domain and the IP work for me. The domain brings up "Home | DualServe UK" and the IP brings up the default Apache installed page.

Hmm...it's possible your ISP is blocking the site for some reason...but -
Try another browser?
Try flushing your DNS
http://www.tech-faq.com/flush-dns.shtml

What happens when you try to go to the site, is it just not found?

No other pcs in the house are web ready atm

The site Home | DualServe UK is correct freestyler.

I'm trying IE now. I've just run ipconfig /flushdns and it's not shown an obvious sign of working. Still failing to ping via cmd. But i can reach it via a proxy. It's so weird.

EDIT
Still no joy with IE. So browser issues are out the window. Am now trying to get onto cPanel of site and check if theres any ip denial things in place.

EDIT 2
No IP denials in place atm. Cant access webmail for the site (via windows live mail) either. Nor can i get on via FTP on Filezilla. Network time outs seem to be the theme of the day.

http://www.4shared.com/file/77996205.../PingTest.html

Download that, and run it. Choose the second tab, named "IP Scanner". Enter "76.76.11.0" in the first box, and "76.76.11.254" in the seccond, and press scan. It will scan the whole subnet of IP's - If it's an ISP problem then the chances are you will not get many (if any) responses from the mass ping.

I got 94 active host's on my scan.

I've got 92, but mine "76.76.11.111" are 'dead'

Try resetting your modem (assuming you have cable/DSL)
Just unplug it for 5 minutes or so, then plug it back in and let it reboot.

I will do that a little later this evening as i've got some other work to thrash through now. Weird how the conflict is only between my (un-proxied) IP address and the IP of the server. Really annoying me. I'll be repping a lil later to everyone who's helped here, this was a real head scratcher.

It definitely is. I'd say most likely the problem isn't with you, it's something messed up with your ISP. If you can't figure it out now, it'll probably go back to normal soon.
