Haha; that's what you say If you change how you walk in different situations, you become Racist or Sexist or make somebody feel different to somebody else purely based on something that you feel is different - if you do the same in every situation, be it walk softly everywhere or trample like an elephant everywhere you will at least be consistant.

true to an extent LK, but some situations require different things to get a better result, what ever the result u may be looking to acheive. so in refrence to the quote, it is better to always tread carefully, even when not entirely necessary, than to be presumptous (spell that right???) and bungle what ever the objective.

and remember, sometimes when being quite where others would be loud, you can find things that others miss.

Haha; you can be quiet and listen to things that other would miss without being careful - you're listening for things that others would miss It can be very useful; but you should not change how you say things merely to save somebody's feelings; it would not only make your life harder and more complicated but you'd have to remmember how to act around that person and everybody will end up emotionally fragile like some kind freaky-arse of world of women. Imagine a huge bulldog rugby player crying when he misses the Rugby Ball?! Its just not right.
