Re: Random Chit Chat
I went to the apple store and played with the iPad for a few minutes and tbh, I am not impressed. I tried playing some crappy racing game, which looked something like a N64 game, but way lower resolution, and it couldn't even hold up 30fps. The game ran at more like 20fps with some dips to around 15. Basically, this thing fails for gaming.

From what I read it basically converts the OpenGL/DX signal or whatever so it can be read by each card, then converts the output back. I don't see why it should be cooled..

Re: Random Chit Chat
I'm not too sure, to be quite honest. What I said above is an educated guess based on the glance I took at anandtech's review of Hydra 200. I'd have to look deeper into it.

Re: Random Chit Chat
Even though I took a public speaking class, and most of my classes have public speaking every semester. I can't seem to get past the nervousness of doing public speaking.
I gotta talk about bystander effect and deindividuation in class tomorrow. Bleh...

Re: Random Chit Chat
Yeah, if I could find a way to think I'm the only one in the room, I would be able to do it easily, or get used to the people in the class. It helps if you have a friend or two in the class.
EDIT - Oh, and it helps if I am listening to music. I did it once while I had long hair, so it wasn't hard to hide it. I was basically listening to music and reading off of a paper, and once in awhile looking at the audience.

http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum...review-22.html
Quote:
The final speeds came to an increase of 152Mhz over the reference design’s core speed and a bump of nearly 1Ghz in the case of the memory.
Final Overclocks:
Core: 877Mhz
Memory: 4988Mhz (QDR)
