Wow things are just getting more and more complicated...

But yeah the S1 is really your best bet. Even in passive, it should beat stock.

Looks like it's going to cost an additional $13-20 for another SLI bridge.

AS5 should be safe to use for my 8800GT core right?

Yep. IIRC, the G92 has a built-in heatspreader, so pretty much anything is safe. Just keep it off the components around the core.

Alright, cool. I've been reading some forums from google, and they said don't use it because it's conductive. I plan on using about an size of an uncooked rice, and spread it myself just to be safe.

As long as it stays on the GPU only it will be ok. If it touches the resistors around it, well, it's game over for the gpu. you at least get a keychain.

Basically, just be careful.

Nah, that's what I assumed though.

I'll make sure, would suck if it got on them. If there is an thin layer (amount of a uncooked rice) and spread evenly, the chances of it happening should be really slim right?

Yeah should be, but keep in mind that the GPU is tiny compared to the CPU when you are putting it on.

Who do you expect to be on there at 4 AM?

Maybe try again at a more reasonable time?

Okay I am scared. Our newest member is named 'BestXXXtube'

Allright... He/she/it is offline now without making any posts or threads or anything. I was worried about one of those random porn spammers. lol.
