yeah apple is good at making things sound new and exiting.

lol, exactly. The last thing I liked from apple was the Ipod 4th gen 32 gig...

Yeah other then itunes it was quite good. I never got one though. When i was thinking about getting it i got my first smartphone instead.
The HTC Diamond 2. It was just as good of a MP3 player as the ipod.

I will never buy s smart phone . Because you can get apps for 100% free calling and texting. And they actually work, so why not? It's a free phone service for ipods.

Well, the purpose of cell phones and mobiles (hey, they are tha same ) is mobile communication. If you don't need mobility, or extreme mobility, no need for mobiles.

I used too. My Ipod broke a little bit back. I currently have no phone xD And there is no way i'm spending thousands ]a year when I could have it basically for free. (minus $200 for a new ipod). I'll buy a new one when I feel the need for a phone again.

I got my first cell phone when they became somewhat very popular and inexpensive when I was 19. TBH, I wish I could get away without owning one and just have a POTS line at home.
