Yep. The sensor has to be tiny or else the focal length would need to be longer than the thickness of the phone to have a normal fov.

Another edit: I just bought one of these on eBay for $50. It should be perfect for four thirds, assuming it works in 100% manual. The sensor is 21.6mm diagonal, so it doesn't use the soft parts beyond 11mm.
