Quick quick quick, I need question answered

I looked into everything when I bought stuff from newegg, except that I was 100% sure the CPU would come with a heatsink, now that I have ordered I realize it doesn't. Is there a way to cancel an order so I can order again with a HSF? This would be much cheaper on me as there were many combos with the CPU.

Check your order status. You can cancel your order up to a certain point. I think its step 4. If its been shipped there is no way to cancel it.

Ya look in your NewEgg account dashboard, but like Absynth said you can only cancel an order up to a certain point.

They would probably refund the original amount to your credit card and rebill it after you amend your order
