Will a xbox 360 power cord (the part that goes from the wall outlet to the brick) work on this: Newegg.com - Antec NEO ECO 520C 520W Continuous Power ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply ?

No I'm afraid it won't because the XBOX power cord is in the shape of a three-pin connector but only has two-pin connector. However ANY PC PSU requires a 3-pin power connector.
If you are buying that PSU it will come with a three pin power connector so there should be no need to worry about not having a spare power cord lying around. Hope that helps :-)
