Default Quality product?

Just wondering if this is a good (easy) video editing product: Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0

Yes, I believe it is good. Its like a shortened down version of Adobe Premiere, but for home type use.

I've heard its rather simple to use, even if you don't have knowledge of real editing before, but its still good for the average/advanced editor too.
