Purolator

The number 1-888-SHIP-123 will forever be in my nightmares. After probably 10 calls to Purolator "customer service" (note the quotation marks) in the past few days, my parcel still isn't here. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, then today and now possibly tomorrow, Thursday, Friday or later.

I was going to be called back by a supervisor and they haven't called. It's not that I'm upset over it being delayed, it's I'm upset over being lied to countless times (yes, J&R, I remember you) and still am...

purolator next day service is awesome! i had ncix ship a few things to me before with purolator next day air, and they shipped it at 5pm the day before, i got it before 11am the next day

Purlator tracking isn't great at all though, this is fairly common.

Ive had it happen before too, packages eventually came though

Purolator tracking is completely inaccurate. It says in transit online but apparently "there's no more room in the truck". WTF?
