The number 1-888-SHIP-123 will forever be in my nightmares. After probably 10 calls to Purolator "customer service" (note the quotation marks) in the past few days, my parcel still isn't here. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, then today and now possibly tomorrow, Thursday, Friday or later.
I was going to be called back by a supervisor and they haven't called. It's not that I'm upset over it being delayed, it's I'm upset over being lied to countless times (yes, J&R, I remember you) and still am...
Just had to rant.
