My friends were protesting outside of the CoS in my city today (again) too and they said the same thing about the police here being really supportive and almost bias towards the church. The heat here's been ridiculous so I couldn't be screwed lolz.

Exactly what I was thinking. LAPD is one of the largest police forces in the US, and maybe even the world, but it would be awesome if americansensei knew him for reasons you stated.
