Default PM problem

It shows i have one PM but when i go into my inbox it's not there. theres a space for it but there is no info there. it's from bluto and it's doesn't say anything important. i know this because when i click the download PM it brings up the message. has any one else had this problem before?

You have a pre-menstrual promblem? You better get that checked out. Anyway, I think Bluto is gone from what I heard. So that might be screwing it up.

It was problem with hiim being banned.
