Default Please help me with blocking sites

Yes, I was wondering if anybody could help me. I am somewhat familiar with blocking websites in the host file but I do not want to block the whole website just a profile from being veiwed within the website. The site is http://www.vampirefreaks.com and this is the url of the profile i want to block http://vampirefreaks.com/u/jackofalltrades...

Is there any way that I can specifically block just that profile from being veiwed so that my daughter can still use vampirefreaks.com without knowing that I blocked that profile from being veiwed?
