When some one asks for help in trying to figure out why new parts or something else doesn't work, it's gotten back to being common they're not giving us much to go on. It would be nice if you have a problem like new hardware doesn't work, to list your setup.
Being vague makes it hard for even seasoned builders and techs to figure out what's going on. Sometimes all it takes is running down the specs on the mother board to figure out what you bought doesn't work with your mother board.
