Paypal....what a scam!!

they have a little security key thing now, it makes it a lot more secure. i ordered one the other day. it generates a 6 digit code every 30 seconds and you have to enter the code every time you use paypal. it sucks if you lose your key but its worth the extra security.

can you explain to me in a little more depth how that thing works? does that mean i don't need to type my password in anymore, but just use that key?

it looks like paypal sends a code to that device or your phone for you to type in.
sounds like a great idea.
I could see this being the future of loging in to bank accounts.

they already have been introducing the chips on credit cards/ debit cards so that you no longer need to swipe your card.

My dad has paypal and he hasn't been scammed yet. He deletes ALL history once used and once he makes a payment he deletes the credit card off paypal, so when we make a payment we put on the card..when the transaction is complete we take it off paypal etc..

yeah...well you can't remove all sources of payment cause you need to have atleast one valid source of payment active.

But now, everytime i use it...i remove all my histories and cookies both in the browser and using CCCleaner...and i don't ever log onto it using any other computer except at home.

I make sure everyone in my house uses ccleaner after any online transactions. KEYLOGGERS MAY BURN!!!
