Huh. . .
When I mouse over "Withdraw" on the top tool bar in PayPal, I have the options of "Transfer to bank account" - "Request a check" - "Use Debit card".

Maybe it is a US only option.

I guess so.

It will be refunded to your credit card without you having to do anything. Paypal just process the transaction on behalf of the merchant, like google checkout, 2checkout etc

That's strange... they've never done that for me. I haven't gotten any refunds in the past year or so, so maybe things have changed, but from my experiences 1-2 years ago, they always refunded it into your PayPal balance.

I'm UK, and the only options i get in withdraw are "Transfer to bank account"
