My computers had 2 blue screens today though, one corrupting one of my work files, but it was crashing before that while doing stuff, but not as much as it has today...
Scans appear clean though

yes, to be perfectly honest I seriously doubt anyone hacked your comp. it might seem like it from zone alarm's stats, but 99.999999% of that is programs hackers run to find the more vulnerable computers.
