Basically, their first problem with the Wii controller is the trigger, yet, they are in breach of Nintendo's, since they released it in 1996, and Interlink in 1997.
Yet, loads of devices have had triggers...so I don't see the problem.

The next is the idea of the pointer to move stuff on screen. Again, not exactly new, yet their having a go about that as well.

I dont get it.
