The only company which I haven't had any problems with, or my friends and clients haven't had problems with is NTL, the couple of times I have had issues they have sorted me out with a reduced rate for 6 months.

In fact I think for the 4meg connection I have I have been paying half price for quite a while. Its funny how there is suddenly a problem when that is due to run out .

Also don't touch tiscali, my g/f had some major problems with them, and absolutely no help in resolving the issue

Yea NTL or Virgin media as it is now called are awsome, I've had them since I can remember they came and replace my modem box aswell when it was loosing connection all the time and sorted all the registering and setting up the new modem remotely so saved alot of hassle So good for me up to now.
