ok, in that peice of writing, it also says that if it becomes legal to go through our computers, then other companies will do so too.

surley thats invasion of privicy... but i suppose they will include it in some smallprint to one of their compulsary updates... wouldnt be suprised to see this come in with visita or SP3 if it ever gets released... ive defended microsoft before, but this is taking it one step too far...

well that maybe could ge a good thing. like if microsoft would be allowed to access ur comp, then in theory, couldn't that like, you could catch illegal child pornography holders. wait, what about htis, if microsoft is lookin thru ur comp, then, wouldnt ur comp slow down?

no, there would be a process looking through all of your "microsoft software" only, and finding the serial numbers, and comparing to see if any of them had been used already on a diff comp.

ha ha, i got 5mbps fios so i am good.

well one person said, ya microsoft would be looking at microsoft products, but then somoene else said that other companies would be able to look at there products.
