coolermaster i think did that i saw it on tomshardware, it didnt really help that much,

i think they should make a HSF with like 8 heat pipes instead of 4(or 8 if you count both sides then the one i want would be 16)

either that or just get a phase change kit

although i still think rosewill sucks

Could more and get watercooling. if you are that serious about it, you probably have the money.

I tried a wiki search and pulled up nothing. Maybe rudster can explain a little more in-depth?

you take water and you use the fact that it changes to a gas at a low temp and the fact how it can be maniuplated via air pressure to change it back to a liquid without having to run air across it, but the compressor is noisy. basiclly the cpu boils water, and the heat is taken away via the steam. its much more complicated but that is it in a nutshell, it works much better than watercooling, but its more noisy, costs 300$ for a cheap unit, and is BIG

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compute...change_cooling

Similar to the way your fridge/freezer works. Keeps the processor temperatures around -30*C. Basically, it makes it so heat is not an issue, it's just the hardware limitations.

The Prometeia Mach II GT is a popular one, costs something like $850.
