yea panasonic released a 150 inch plasma at CES this year

and alienware made a 3-widescreen display with no seams between em

$200 I guess isn't a bad deal for what you get, BUT, as with DVD burners, I'm guessing over time, you'll get cheaper burners capable of faster burning speeds. etc.
How fast would a 10x be?

EDIT:

Oh...its just a reader. Not so good then...

As for that TV, thats pretty kewl, but yeah, would you also need to have wireless headphones? Seems a bit extreme

Yes, but it's good for a start! I'd love to demo that...
I can't really see the need for blu-ray drive right now, down the line maybe.

Was there any info regarding the 9800GX2 released at this? I was reading that more information was supposed to be coming out at this show.

A BluRay PC drive is pretty much useless at this point.

Yeah, but without burning functionality, getting a PC drive doesn't seem logical, as they'll come out soon enough with burning built in.
