Occupy with Video very non-violent

I have been doing video for years. In this short segment I occupy the Osoyoos budget meeting from last thursday. I didn't get to stay long just 1min 34Sec. They had passed resolutions prohibiting me from videoing open council meetings in town office. The budget meeting was open to the public and in the Senora Center. The resolution must cover all town buildings and meetings. Doesn't seem much like transparency to me.
