Weird 
It shows that the power supply couldn't have been very good though, as most fuses would have cut out before that happened (mine did as the old monitor went while doing school coursework) and so the fuse mustn't have been the right amperage so not good...
It was probably before they added more protection to monitors too to make sure they are less prone to melting.
