'nother riddle

Ok...
in the Queens English using the proper "recieved pronounciation" (as you may hear on the BBC world service) what is said WATT,
like James watt inventor of the steam engine, and the guy who the measure of electricity is named after.

what (hwot) source dictionary.com look at the pronounciation guide!

whut, wut and all other pronouncations are just reginal dialects...

as Brookfield said, it works better when spoken, and prehaps doesn't work at all then written down!

other watts, (from googling Watt).
include
Robert Watson-Watt - contributer to RADAR
Mel Watt - Congressman in North Carolina
and a few others (mostly university lecturers that appeared in the first few Gogle pages).
