i like how some of the biggest forums on the web have more features than CF have a bett rank and still allow more than this place does

example

forums.devshed.com
at 100 posts your allowed a signature with image, custom title and an avatar

webhostingtalk.com
your allowed a sig from the start, no avatars, and a custom title at 650 posts

big-board.com
new forum one of the fatsest devloping boards on the web, allowed evrything

and do you see any of these suffering from any sort of spam attacks?

hell no, no one would ever dream ofspamming WHT, youd lower the rep of the compnay you spamming for so badly youd actually decrease your own traffic

It's just a little stuff to make it a fun place. You can still have rules on what can be in a signature...
