Haha, funny thing though, nitrous does the same thing in humans as cars pretty much. I keep telling some of my friends that take it they will explode like some cars do... When they don't understand, (car noobs) I have to point out the Fast and The Furious, lol.

I would stick with Creatine. i think all of that other stuff is trial and error. Alot of money wasted. With creatine, it works. And i dont think you loose too much muscle mass after coming off Creatine.

Maybe you can load on Creatine. Work that upper body, and the pull ups should come easier.

Also, Arent you a member at bodybuilding.com?

I thought you were, read up on the facts of creatine.

And you might also find some reviews/facts about Nitrous Oxide on there too.
