Are you sure it's the power switch that broke and not something else? I can't really take a look at it for you but usually switches are pretty tough. Just a thought. Are you expecting to fix it or just cracking it open to maybe be able to fix it and have a little fun poking around inside it?

I'm pretty sure Nintendo either uses the Torx screw or a proprietary screw. I forgot.
